Abstract

Tensile and fatigue test methods using sub-millimetre-ordered small specimens were developed and applied for product improvement. These small test methods were further developed to evaluate cyclic stress-strain and shear fatigue properties. This paper introduces examples of the application of these testing methods to our new product development and research.
