1. From our experiments it is assumed that the main pathway of thiamine synthesis is Pm+Th→thiamine. 2. Pm is related to the pyrimidine of nucleic acid. 3. The pathway, cystine (cysteine)→thiazolidine carboxylic acid→Th, is suggested for the biosynthesis of Th.
