Abstract

At JOCD (committee for home medical care), skin disease research was conducted as a joint enterprise with Japanese Nurse Association on November from July 2007. 566 Japanese Nurse Association homevisit nursing care station users were researched. The skin disease was accepted at the high rate of 70.5%. There was a close resemblance between former research at medical care institutions for elderly peoples. As a result, 70.5% of patients those who treat at home or medical care institutions for elderly peoples are waiting and expecting for special medical care by dermatologists. It was thought that the further efforts of a dermatologist were needed. (Online only)
