Development of Eisai Products Information System

Abstract

Computerized information retrieval system on effectiveness and safety of Eisai Products was developed. This system is characterized by compilation of subject heading index according to the subject category classification and Kanji processing of literature written in Japanese. Easy searching manipulation, high recall of information, and provision of various types of materials necessary to the Company's business were considered in designing the system.
