Abstract
Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) is such an ambitious project that Malaysia challenges to realize an information age, which is expected to come in the 21st century, competing with the developed countries. MSC, equipped with high-speed digital links and cyber laws, and located in Kuala Lumpur and its southern area, offers a test-bed for applications to realize such as electronic government and multipurpose smart card. This paper introduces information distribution system prepared for this project, information organizations and the information. Most of the information is homepages or directories of government organizations. At this moment, the infrastructure for information distribution is ready but information to be digitalized is limited. By checking the future possible R&D activities, information to be distributed in the future is forecasted.
