Abstract
There is probably nothing that brings out great disparity among individuals to use than spreadsheet software. Spreadsheet software used to be just for calculating purpose, but the current application software can be said to have more advanced function represented by data analysis as a big merit. It enables ones to simply and easily process or instruct things which only special engineers could do on large computers so far. It is also facilitated with such auxiliary functions as presentation which makes data well styled, database function which rearranges, reorders, selects and searches data, so on. The author describes a series of manipulation for spreadsheet software.
