Cultural assets, the common property of mankind, are facing problems of preservation and display destruction by conflict. Cultural assets are unique and their authenticity is inherently impossible to replicate, but, at Tokyo University of the Arts, we have developed a patented technology of "Clone Cultural Properties", which reproduces the same texture, shape, material, and color used in the originals by combining analog and digital technologies. In this paper, we will discuss the purpose and significance of Clone Cultural Properties and its future prospects in four parts: (1) characteristics of Japanese culture, (2) DNA of art, (3) production method and exhibition example of Clone Cultural Properties, and (4) peaceful diplomacy.
