Abstract
Although, it is easily understandable that cancer toxin directly affects bone marrow, most studies have been done in vivo up to date.
To clarify mode of normal and pathological physiology of the bone marrow culture of bone marrow has been performed on rabbit and influence of cancer extract on the marrow has been studied.
The growth area, cell density, migration velocity and shape and form of growing cells were observed after adding cancer extract obtained from stomach cancer and normal gastric mucosa extract as a control. On cancer extract both the growth and migration velocity of cells were markedly surpressed comparing to the controls.
