At present, the working environment is being thoroughly reviewed in Japan. On the other hand, there are certainly some negative aspects of work-style reforms, such as increased overtime service and take-out of work. For more effective operation, basic research on comprehensive efforts is needed.
In the literature survey, based on the examples of company initiatives, we created a “Working Style Reform Effort Classification” and analyzed the implementation status of those efforts.
In the questionnaire survey, we clarified the implementation status and effects of each, and the negative impacts felt on the efforts. In addition, the characteristics of the initiative were considered together with the results of the literature survey. Furthermore, explanations for gaining empathy among employees suggested that the overall effect of the initiative could be improved.
