The purpose of this study is to make clear the condition of this Public Open Space in condominium project area. As a result of the case study on use and management of the P.O.S at 7 condominiums in Osaka City, we can point out the following things. 1), to distinguish the Public Open Space in residential building project (condominium ets.) from the other. 2), to forbid to make a passing through way in the P.O.S. 3), to make an administrative measure to the management cost (about 7000 yens / an year, an unit) of the P.O.S.
