Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect on destination choice of shopping trips by improvement of infrastructures in commercial area. In order to analyse precisely, we first divided the shopping activities into four groups. According to these groups, the destination choice model has been developed and effects have been assessed in detail. Using the questionaire, we espacially ascertained the influence of improving the facilities inside the commercial area with the help of disaggregate logit-model. In the last section of this paper we estimated the weight of each facility by using customers evalution for them.
