Abstract
The estimation of the road area in an urban city guarantee the smooth traffic within its network is important for urban planning. In this paper, we calculate the needed road area of an urban city and that of its working field, dwelling field etc. based on a relatively realistic model, which considers the car traffic during rush hours by the working people for communication inside the urban city and uses the concept of road area occupied by a traveling car. Moreover, we also investigate the rates of their road areas through numerical analysis to find some meaningful properties.
