Abstract
In this paper, we lead and applied the Built-up Area Influence Model by Spatial Interaction Model. This method is to grasp the influence region from built-up area. We lead Beta Indicator by NDVI, made clear that Beta is approximately 2.6. In this result, we applied this model to Oita City. And, we made clear that influence degree is increasing by expansion of Built-up area. Next, we analyzed a relation of influence degree and land use change. Further, a relation of a social index and social environment factor was made obvious by multiple regression analysis. Finally, it confirmed that this analytic method is valid and stated the future point at issue.
