Abstract
The Machi-zukuri training and support system in Taiwan are being fixed. In 2002, Taiwan Government established "She-qu-ying-cao Center" in eight places of Taiwan whole country to train the resident who become a leader of Machi-zukuri and to support their Machi-zukuri activity. Although there are many residents study meeting and the seminar by the specialists for Machi-zukuri in Japan, It is a problem that it is not connected with practice. Therefore also in Japan, personnel training and activity support of Machi-zukuri are important subjects. In the case of "She-qu-ying-cao Center", this system trough the process of creation and execution of a plan which many residents can share aiming. Therefore it has the structure which makes self-supporting activity of Machi-zukuri in their community.
