Abstract
Special case floor-area ratio application zone system was founded in Japan in 2000. However, whether the move of unused floor-area of which extent can happen where is not forecast. Then, the receiving ground of a selection of the special case floor-area ratio application zone to lot and unused floor-area in this system was set, the problem was considered from the grasp of the quantitative alteration on the receiving ground after moving, and the examination was tried in this research what restriction strategy was thought as the improvement.
