Abstract
This research aims to clarify the current situation of the policy at migration and settlement, and dweller's characteristics migrating to regional hub cities. This research clarifies that most of the local government carry out the policy at migration, but the contents intend to superficial provision of information. It is also that the policy is related on settlement intension, but many migraters don't use the policy. Especially, it is effective for migraters to get settle intention that view web sites about contents of the policy. Therefore, local government need to consider how to increase the number of users of web site about the policy for migrating dwellers want to settle.
