Abstract
It is requested to consider the administrative measures to prevent from and to eliminate the condominium improperly managed . In this study, we clarified the actual conditions of the condominium improperly managed at Yokohama. As a result, a small and old condominium tends to have the condominiums improperly managed. One of the reasons may be that the management system has not been built from the beginning. Moreover, the Management Association has little involvement in private spaces, personal information, community life, and promotion of sale of unit. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the proper management system from the development stage, to make proper public involvement, and to set-up proper rules regarding involvement of the Management Association in the private spaces, personal information, community life, and the promotion of sale of unit.
