Abstract

Focusing on the area designated including Estimated Flood Area with House Collapse in Residential Promotion Area, this study aims to evaluate it with 4 indicators (low-rise residential household ratio, population ratio over 75 years old, evacuation effective area and agricultural land ratio) and to consider measures in those areas. As a result of the evaluation of the four indicators, there are areas with a high proportion of low-rise residential households and a high proportion of the population aged 75 and over, and areas outside the effective evacuation zone, and there are areas with a high risk of flooding. For those areas, we grasp the countermeasure policy of flood flow by interview. In addition, no measures were taken with flooding in mind in all cities. No target cities associated river structure improvement with urban policy, and building structure restrictions and evacuation measures were issue in target cities.
