Abstract

The study aims to bring out challenges for promoting Public-Private Partnership utilized Urban Renewal Corporation, focusing on the operational status of the assignment and continuation, and frequency of communication between Urban Renewal Corporation and municipality. As a result, there is a risk of ambiguity in distinguishing between Urban Renewal Corporation and the other organizations. Besides, there is a possibility of issues arising when it becomes necessary to review or improve the designation of Urban Renewal Corporation. Furthermore, There are differences in the frequency of communication through partnership.
