Abstract

The purpose of this research is to share "DX of Area Management for Disaster Prevention" by a digital twin in Takanawa Gateway City, Minato-ku, Tokyo, and the knowledge gained by it. We developed a 3D urban spatial information from a huge size of CAD/BIM data and make it integrate with PLATEAU, which is urban spatial information infrastructure developed by MLIT, and then we combined evacuation simulation of both indoor and outdoor with the 3D data. Moreover, we verified that a series of system contributed to revision of Urban Regeneration Safety Assurance Plan. Our achievements can be considered as a kind of infrastructure for area management.
