A Study on Visual Features of Industrial Waterfront Facilities For Landscape Design

Abstract

Recently the construction of the public access to working waterfronts has been at issue. In order to obtain the concept and vocabularies to design industrial waterfronts. its identical characters should be emphasized in view of its landscape.
Application of CG techniques permit to clarify the visual, features of industrial facilities by analyzing sequential viewpoints (angles of direction, elevation and depression) and also to reveal the characteristic features inherent to industrial landscape in comparison with the traditional landscape theory.
