Study on Guideline for Revision of Planned Roads and Its Actual Condition of the Reviewing

Abstract

 This paper clarifies characteristics of the guidelines for revision of planned roads by Prefecture Governments, and actual conditions of their application based on a questionnaire survey. As a result, it is clarified that a few local governments manage early public involvement and about 10% prefectures and about 40% government-decreed cities took relaxation of regulations for inhabitants' understanding of planned roads.
