The kinetic theory of gases for the rotating system is investigated with an appropriate BOLTZMANN's equation for such a system. Thus, the COLIORIS' acceleration is included in BOLTZMANN's equation. The problems of diffusion, hydrodynamics and thermal conduction are studied with the derivations of the coefficients of diffusion, viscosity, and thermal conduction from the microscopic view point.
