Abstract

This study examines the development process of information system which was carried out by the health care service in alliance with the private enterprises, focusing on knowledge creating process. From the case study, this paper presents the following implications; the theoretical model which can be thought as a theoretical base of health care service management, the actor model which suggests the relation between a user and a maker, and its process model of inter-organizational knowledge creation.
