Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine influence to give the executive function in the university physical education class. We analyzed by acute exercise. As a result of analysis, it became clear that the association between shortening and effect of the TMT accomplishment time. It makes the boys calm down and decrease negative emotions. It also makes the girls more relaxed. In conclusion, to increase executive function in university physical education, teacher have to make boy students calm down and decrease negative emotions, and girl students feel relax.
