Abstract

Open Science represents a new approach to the scientific process by using digital technologies and collaboration tools on the Internet. A scholarly information discovery service needs to support research datasets as one of the typical research products in Open Science. A scholarly knowledge graph is crucial for a discovery service since relationships among research entities are important to help researchers to find research datasets. Examples of overseas discovery services introduce important features like the knowledge graph and altmetrics. CiNii Research is a new Japanese discovery service to find Japanese research activities under development by NII.
