Saiseikai Library Network created a pocket guide titled “Literature Guide for Clinical Practice” to search for literature using Ichushi-Web and PubMed in fiscal year 2015. A working group was established in 2024 to revise both guides. This time, in creating the Ichushi-Web version, we established fictional user personas to more effectively reflect actual usage scenarios. We developed the content by imagining what to explain to these users and how to explain it. This paper, we will introduce how we utilized the persona method during the creation process, along with the search guide we developed, and also share the discussions and processes within our working group.
