Abstract
In response to the need in libraries to more efficiently collect COUNTER compliant usage statistics and spend much more time to evaluate those statistics, National Information Standards Organization (NISO) is sponsoring Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative (SUSHI) and setting the new standard. In this article, the work of SUSHI, the SUSHI protocol and electronic resources reporting via Electronic Resources Management Systems (ERMS) will be reported.
