Abstract

The purpose of this study, is to analyse the mechanism of osmolar regulation and water balance in Diabetes Mellitus, by means of water load osmolar clearance method. The resuluts were obtained follows: 1) There was negative correlation between blood sugar and CH2O. Correlation between blood sugar and plasma osmolandy was positive. 2) In gronp of blood sugar above 200 mg/dl, antidiuretic response was increased significantly. 3) Decrease of total body water was significant, and total body water, intra cellular waterand extra cellular water were increased significantly after treatment. 4) Water dieresis was normal responsed by water overloading test. 5) On water diuresis of Diabetes Mellitus. Glucocorrcoid increasedCosm, and decreased CH2O. 6) Insulin action on water diuresis was diuretic when hyperglycemic stage, and antidiuretic when normoglycemic.
