This case was seen in a three years old boy and clinically diagnosed as a Tumor of the right kidney. Though it might be considered as pure primary kidney-sarcoma according to the cases reported up to this time, we must be very careful to decide at once that it is kidney-sarcoma. From somegrounds I think this case may be recognized as lymphosarcomatosis originated in lymphomatosis, but I can not find any absolute proof.
