We have reported a case of “Fertile eunuchs” (eunuchoidism with normal spermatogenesis). Its etiology seems perhaps to be owed by the selective defect of LH among the pituitary gonadotropic hormones. But it has also the possibility of the primary Leydig cell failure sufficiently. It is effective for the treatment of this disease to administrate the chorionic gonadotropin and Testosterone Depo.
