Abstract

A case of unilateral renal papillary necrosis with many small calyceal stones in a 27-year-old woman is presented. A diagnosis was made already preoperatively by pyelography and urography and the kidney was surgically removed. The literature was reviewed especially on the stone-formation and on the roentgen findings.
