In 60 cases of bladder cancer treated with hydrostatic pressure technique, their prognosis was evaluated in relation of initial effects after the first procedure. Groups with dramatic or favorable effects showed satisfied prognosis, which might be parallel to the degree of initial effects after hydrostatic pressure tratment. With further accumulation of pertinent cases, analysis of the 5 year survival rate would be necessary.
