We investigated the accommodative response of human eye using the electronic holographic target. And we measured the accommodative response by the step like stimulus and by the constant speed stimulus, and compared the accommodative response of the electronic holography target with the response of the actual target. As an accommodative stimulus, we constructed an electronic holographic optical system capable with binocular vision and used a star burst target with a viewing angle of 1.5 degrees x 1.5 degrees. We adopted the accommodative step like stimulus in the range of 1.0 D to 2 D and the constant velocity stimulus with approximately 0.2 m/sec from 0.67 D to 2 D. The results showed that we could obtained the accommodative response with the two kind targets, but there was different between the two targets. And it is suggested that there were differences among subjects.
