My talk will be concerned with understanding the philosophical dimensions of Richard Feynman's work. Despite his critical view of philosophy as a discipline, I argue that his writings contain important insights that are of current importance to philosophy of science. Moreover, I examine Feynman's own attempts to understand the meaning and importance of science.
