Evidence of Multiple Superconducting Phases in CeRu_2

Abstract

Magnetoresistance, thermopower, Hall resistivity, acsusceptibility and magnetization have been measured for CeRu₂ inthe normal and superconducting phases. In the normal state, there is amagnetic anomaly at 50, K, which is presumably due to development ofantiferromagnetic order. The H-T superconducting phase diagramobtained from ac susceptibility indicates the possibility of multiplesuperconducting phases.
