Motion of discrete surfaces (triangulate surfaces) in 3-dimensional space is discussed. A set of formulae, corresponding to to the Gauss-Weingarten equation and the Gauss-Codazzi equations, is presented to represent the discrete surface. The kinematical relation for the velocity yields a differential-difference equation for the “ normal curvature''.
