Abstract

We study an interacting particle system with parity conservation for the number of particles, which exhibitits a continuous phase transition. Using Padé approximants for the survival probability, we obtain critical probability pc=0.3585± 0.0021 and critical exponent β =0.97± 0.08. The results show that the model belongs to a universality class different from that of directed percolation.
