The excited states in 91Zr have been studied by the inelastic proton scattering at 14.52 MeV. Angular distributions for the elastic scattering and for the sixteen excited states have been obtained. They have been analysed by the optical model and the distorted wave Born approximation calculations. The character of some excited states has been discussed on the basis of analysis.
