Resistivities of a series of Au- or Cu-based dilute alloys containing 4d elements were measured between 1.5 K and 4.2 K in order to investigate the effect of these elements in noble metals. It was found that there was no temperature dependence of the resistivity over the above range on any of the dilute alloys and that the obtained values of residual resistivities were considerably smaller than those for the 3d elements.
