Abstract
Numerical calculations of electron spin polarization (ESP) and differential cross section have been done for electrons of energies 300–2000 eV. The purpose of the present letter is, from the view point of experiment, to clarify some ambiguity in argument of the experimental conditions, e.g. effect of angular resolution and statistical error of detector. The numerical calculations based on the potential scattering of Dirac equation, neglecting the exchange and charge polarization effects, suggest the practical guide for the experiment of low energy ESP detector, which is under construction.
