NMR Study on the Spin Structure of CeB₆

Abstract

¹¹B NMR measurement has been made on a typical dense Kondo system CeB₆ mainly in the intermediate temperature phase II by using a single crystal. From the analysis of the angular dependence of the NMR spectra, we propose a quite unusual spin structure in phase II in which the external field induces not only the uniform magnetization but the antiferromagnetic moment which has a triple-q structure.
