Abstract
The intensity distribution of wave field in Bragg case in a perfect thin crystal is calculated by solving Takagi’s equations for an incidence of a very narrow wave. The result of calculation is shown by the graphics and compared with the analytic solutions of the equations. The non-diffracted component of transmitted wave is reflected back inside a crystal by the rear surface as is in Laue case, and reduces the intensity of diffracted wave emerging from a crystal when a crystal is thinner than critical thickness.
