Fractionally charged states in nearly 1/3-filled 1D electron-phonon systems are numerically investigated by using a Fröhlich-type model in the site representation. Especially a proper choice of the coupling constant is found to yield a soliton solution with the excess electron number 2/3 where the order parameter shows a locus of an almost straight line on a complex plane. This result is in accordance with the recent analytic calculation by Iwano and Wada.
