Effect of electron localization through the dynamically screened Coulomb interaction on the superconducting transition temperature Tc is investigated in the weakly localized regime for dirty thinmetallic wires. Tc is reduced in proportion inversely to the diameter. The effect is larger than for films because of the stronger infrared divergence of the one-dimensional Coulomb interaction.
