Magnetic Ordering of NdCu₆

Abstract

Magnetic structure of NdCu₆ at the low temperature phase is determined at T=4.6 K by neutron scattering experiments on a powder as well as a single crystal sample. A size of magnetic unit cell is the same with that of chemical unit cell. A four sublattice model which was suggested to explain the metamagnetic behavior was excluded.
