Abstract
This study aimed to research changes in the perception of physical therapy among students educated in a clinical clerkship in a convalescent rehabilitation ward. A questionnaire survey was administered to 5 students at both the start and the end of clinical clerkship. The results showed that students developed a deep understanding of clinical clerkship and that they built a good relationship with clinical educators at the end of clinical clerkship. Students felt that their intervention skills of physical therapy were more improved than their evaluation skills. Students wrote that the benefit of clinical clerkship was that it provided diverse experiences. However, the diverse clinical reasoning of each clinical educator confused students.
