Abstract
"The theory of hierarchies and stages on the reversible operations in human development"(abbreviated to "hierarchies and stages theory")study is mainly accumulated by focusing on the field of infantile or handicapped child development. However, this theory is also considered to be effective to ascertain the personality development process among school age children or adolescent students who do not have developmental disorder. In this essay, I would like to raise the effectiveness of "hierarchies and stages theory " on ascertaining personality development from childhood to adolescence and shows how I took "hierarchies and stages theory " in my own studies through organizing the temporal development. Also, I would like to raise certain issues concerning my current study interests towards the development of "hierarchies and stages theory" through the view point of internal object relationship issue and abused children issue.
