Abstract
Addition of Soya-Lecithin to the basal diet caused a moderate decrease in the plasma lipid-P of laying hen, yet there was no significant change in the NaCl-Ac turbidity test.
Roosters, either fed with high Soya-Lecithin diet (40g/bird) or received intraperitoneal injection with fresh yolk (5ml/bird), showed no positive reaction in serological vitellin test and NaCl-Ac turbidity test.
Plasma cholesterol was not decreased by the addition of Soya-Lecithin to the diet both in laying hens and in roosters.
