Revitalization of Fishery Region from the Viewpoint of Human Geography

Abstract

This paper examines the geographical viewpoint in the study of fishery region revitalization, mainly based on the research results of human geography. There are two directions for revitalizing fishery region: the promotion of fishing itself, such as resource management and distribution and sales, and the promotion of tourism in fishery region, such as marine leisure. The geographical point of view is effective because the scales of the subject and its activities is variously developed depending on the direction.
